Our workout provides constantly varied, functional movement.  We train the body as a unit, not as pieces and parts.  Our small class size allows personal instruction, camaraderie of a group of supporting WOMEN, and the ability to accept all fitness levels from beginner to seasoned pro.

We take the average person and turn them into an athlete!  All fitness levels welcome and guaranteed to be CHALLENGED!  YOU CAN DO THIS WORKOUT EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN A FEW YEARS.
