Classes meet at 5am and 6am Mon, Wed, Fri with indoor/outdoor weekend MAKE-UP sessions to fit your busy schedule. We accept 10 clients per 1 hour session. Sign up NOW when the spaces are full you will be placed on a waiting list...no exceptions 10 clients per class! Fee's are only $12 per session WOW you get personal training in a small group and we mean personal training!

Daily we will build upper body strength and endurance. We monitor your progress on an individual system, you are not in competition with your classmates, as the weeks pass by you will see your OWN progress on your PRIVATE daily chart.
