Constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. Our trainers will take you through an aerobic workout at an anaerobic pace. Squats and push-ups will be performed not as a weight exercise but as quickly as possible. 1,2,3 Go!!!
We train the body as a unit. Not as pieces and parts. Do you want to change your shape? Increase your endurance and have FUN?
How can a beginner workout with someone that has actively participated for months? We scale every workout to meet your level. For example a new client will use hand weights and an experienced client will use barbells. Another example, a new client will do 10 sit-ups and the experienced client will do 20.

CORE THAT!: We work on your core and stretch your muscles. Gymnastics and Balance are mixed in as well.
CrossFit Express: Only have 30 minutes? Join us for a total body blast!

strength and endurance. We monitor your progress on an individual system, you are not in competition with your classmates, as the weeks pass by you will see your OWN progress on your PRIVATE daily chart. RESULTS YOU CAN SEE!
